The hurricane damage from Harvey and historic rains are causing havoc to many of our PHRIENDS in Texas.
If you or your club members sustain damage as a result of a natural disaster our Parrot Head Emergency PHUND is designed to help assist during these events.
Through donations from clubs and members throughout the Parrot Head Nation, we are able to give back when disaster occurs.
To request assistance or to donate to help us continue our efforts please visit our website at: www.lonepalmfoundation.org
We have had many inquires as to how you can help with Hurricane Harvey relief. Simply visit the above website and click on the donate tab.
You can designate "Hurricane Harvey" in the comments line when making donation .
Disclaimer, if we don't receive requests for the earmarked donations, the above mentioned donations will be used for the general Parrot Head Emergency PHUND at a future date.

To all of our Parrot Head friends, your Panhandle Prairie Shark Board wishes you and your families a Merry Christmas and A Happy and Safe New Year.
We've had a great year raising money and items for Camp Alphie, Olivia's Angels, Socktober and many more charities. I personally want to thank each and every Board member, LaDonna, Boyd, David, Bret, Casey, Joanie, Stormie, Tracey, Misty, Sandy and Brandy for the many hours putting things together and coordinating the events. If it were not for them, we'd have no club. They make things happen.
And of course many thanks to each member that participated during the year. There are a few that consistently volunteer and help, but we can always use more participation. Make this the year you get involved with your time. We ALWAYS have a lot of phun!! See you in 2015!!! Keep your Phinz Up!!!

Hello From our friends at Joe Taco – “Tacians!!!!! Guys, mark your calenders for this Friday- we are having our first ever Joe Taco beach party!!!! Games, Contest, live muisc, drink specials- so put on your bathing suit and come out and enjoy with us. It is going to be EPIC! Great food for your tummy, awesome drinks, and fun! Anthony Gonce will be rocking it out there so make sure you and your friends get here!”

Prairie Sharks!!!! Your club is sending money to the Central Oklahoma Parrothead Assoc club to assist in relief efforts. If you would like to contribute, we will be happy to put your checks in with ours when we send them or please send them to COPA Cares as indicated below. I will personally match any donations by our members up to $1000. This is what being a Parrot Head is about. If you have already donated, many, many thanks!!! If not, please consider a donation of ANY amount.
