Needed to serve a two year term starting July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015:
Second Vice-President:
The Second Vice-President will promote club membership, encourage members to be an active participant, shall be in charge of coordinating nominations for vacant board positions, assist in putting the quarterly newsletter together, and take the minutes of the meeting in the absence of the secretary. He/she will assist the Charity Coordinator in all community service events.
Needed immediately to fill a vacated position. Serving through June 30, 2014:
Marketing Director:
The Marketing Director will promote club membership, encourage members to be an active participant, attend board meetings, send the members the upcoming events via email program, assist the president with the newsletter, and assist event coordinators with any advertising and/or media contacts with events. Contact the local media if the board deems necessary or of any special upcoming events. He/she should also present ideas about promoting the club, handle all Facebook events and work with the Web Coordinator to ensure the Web page is current with future events and information.
We also need pholks to serve on the Event Committee. This is not a board position. The Event Coordinators need help executing their ideas for phuture events. They need HELPERS…the decisions are made by the Coordinators as well as the Board. HELPERS needed. This would mainly consist of setting up and decorating for parties as well as clean up, gathering supplies, running errands, etc. Please email us back if you're interested in helping us out. We need HELP!!
